If address is to change , one will be notified via email and/or phone call. No refunds unless Jet Ski Rental Houston cancels for weather or other reason. You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. Late arrivals (defined as less than 30 minutes before reservation time.) or no-shows are not eligible for reschedule or refund, though management may make accommodations at their discretion. *Cash Only (Please bring cash for the remaining balance.)

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel 48 hours in advance for deposit to be refunded . If you need to reschedule please call 832-762-9203. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes, after that it will be considered a cancellation or reschedule . We don’t refund deposits if you reschedule or cancel . All sales final no refunds.
